Personally it helps my sweet cravings, instead of getting a donut I’ll drink javvy or after a workout. I don’t skip my meals by the way. It gives me energy, I haven’t felt weird like shaky, I think it’s good option if you are trying to reduce drinking pure coffee. My sister tried the Mocha and said that I have to try it lol and of course I will :)

I make a smoothie with 2 banana 4 dates ice and milk of my choosing then I blend. Better than anything you could buy in a smoothie store

The white mocha flavor wasn’t my favorite—it tasted a bit off and didn’t have that smooth, creamy sweetness I expected from a white mocha. It just didn’t hit the mark for me.

However, the protein coffee was a different story. It actually worked really well in terms of keeping me full. After drinking it, I noticed a big drop in my appetite, and I stayed full for a long period of time. That could be a huge plus if you’re looking for something to help with portion control or staying satisfied between meals.

This flavor is so good. It’s not overpoweringly sweet. I make 16oz every morning and have to stop myself from having more since I don’t need the caffeine. If I could get the same thing in a decaf version I’d probably never stop drinking it.
