I love these refreshers! No sugar, electrolytes keep me hydrated, and just the right amount of caffeine. Mango pineapple is my fave flavor so far, but strawberry acai is very good also. I can't wait to try the new ones. Only gripe - it is expensive (especially if you don't use the "1st order discount") and also needs a frother to stir this properly. I have tried the "shake" and pour over ice method. The protein sticks together. You need one of those coffee frother things, which you can get cheap now even on temu or whatever, and it stirs up the product soooo well. I would not drink it without using the frother (I just so happen to have a free one from another coffee company, so)

Love the flavor of Strawberry Acai!. It is a refreshing drink in the morning as a pick me up as I am not a coffee drinker (oh, no!!). I do like to add frozen blueberries when I blend it.

This is the first clear protein I’ve tried and it’s very good. I also purchased the coconut creamer powder and used it as a cold foam on top of the refresher. Delicious. Will buy again
