If your tracking shows as delivered, but you can't find your package, we recommend doing the following:

✨ Give it time! Many times carriers accidentally mark as delivered when the package is still in transit; in these instances, the package usually gets delivered in 1-3 days.

✨ Be sure to check all possible to check all potential delivery locations at your address.

✨ Reach out to your local post office.
